For the first time in a very long time, we had an actual Tornado Warning in the City of Buffalo. Mom herded all of us down into the basement. WTH? Kolby had never been down there, Sasha hid and Mom had to go back up for her twice until she showed up and realized the party was downstairs without her! But, guess who was first going down there? That interloper cat Noelle! She and I do not get along and of course she was going to save herself first, typical Himalayan.

Mom had to do some laundry and put up some Holiday decorations today at Splash. So, Kolby runs the perimeter like a lunatic and I swim like a lunatic. I have figured out how to get around the netting she put up to get in both pools. Uh, she was NOT happy about that one! But, Mom, really? I"m a Barbet, father to the poodle, the #2 smartest dog in the world, did you honestly think I wouldn't figure it out? A pool? A Barbet? Just take the netting down!

Mom lets me swim early and then I wait in the car until one of those "lost" doggies can't figure out what the heck the pool is. So, Finley to the rescue. I jump I swim and I retrieve, usually that calms them, let's them know the water is good and in they go. Then Mom hoists me out of there until all the paying swimmers are done for the day. Then, 2 hours of uninterrupted swimming, pool is closed to all except the experienced one! I think Mom should rename me Spitz :)
